Experience gave us perspective.
Over the years, we have worked across different sides of the real estate and business world.
From brokerage and property development to leadership, recruitment, training, management and consulting, our experience has given us the opportunity to see how businesses operate from the inside.
We've worked with professionals at different stages of their careers, supported teams and leaders, trained salespeople and advised businesses looking to grow.
And through all of it, we kept seeing the same patterns.

We saw a gap.

We believed there was room for something different.

With over a decade of experience in Dubai real estate, Vesna brings together deep market knowledge, entrepreneurial vision and a strong focus on results.
She leads Duna Group’s strategy, business development and growth, while shaping the standards, systems and culture behind the company.
Her strength lies in seeing the bigger picture combining real estate expertise, education and market intelligence to create smarter opportunities for clients, investors and the Duna team.

Marija Gjeleva
Marija brings together extensive experience in Dubai real estate, business development, leadership, recruitment and professional training.
Her work focuses on understanding how people, performance and business strategy connect, helping individuals and organisations identify what is holding them back and build practical strategies for growth.
She combines commercial experience with a strong interest in human behaviour, performance and personal development.
